This is a portrait I did of Kenk, the owner of a Queen St. bike shop. After being arrested earlier this year, police discovered approximately 2,700 stolen bicycles he had stashed in and around the city.
In a town where bike theft is rampant, Kenk has quickly become public enemy nº 1 and the scapegoat for every bike ever stolen.
